Do not be embarrassed, I only learned to bake sweet potatoes much later than I should. If I had known that they were not only more versatile but also tastier than their potato cousins, then I would have learned how to make them when I was in elementary school. It's ok. Ah well.
I've tried to make it up by baking sweet potatoes as much as possible. There are so many delicious dishes that pair well with sweet potatoes that it is easy to complete a meal.
You can also use baked sweet potatoes as the basis for a delicious lunch depending on what you choose to add. You can make your sweet potatoes as hearty or as light as you like.

Chervil is a fragrant herb. It is not parsley, even though it belongs to parsley's family. It tastes like licorice, or anise. It is added as a finishing ingredient (i.e. just before serving), so that it does not lose its flavor.
This can be done using a microwave. Wrap the potatoes in a towel after piercing them with a fork. Microwave them on HIGH for five to ten minutes, or until they become soft. Remember that baking them in the over will give you a better flavor!
